If somebody would have told me that I will not only visit the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, but also produce Karl May audio plays and act in a "Karl May movie", I would have pronounced him insane.
But all of this came true and since I do not believe in coincidence, everything that happened in connection with Karl May must have a predetermined purpose. Wherever that way, which at times was difficult and rocky, might lead me to, is exiting to find out.
Meka Draga - a little place in Croatia
The coast of the Adriatic Sea, with its view to the Velebit, the Canyon of Zrmanja and Maslenica invites to relax and enjoy. Not too far away from there was the Winnetou Village Croatia at the time of my vacation (Aug. 2008). Now they moved.
At Josef and Mary's place (these are really the names of those two nice people) I found a very comfortable place to stay with a fantastic sunset over the sea. Numerous trips led to the Canyon of Zrmanja, the mighty Canyon of Paklenica over to the flowstone cave of Manita Pec, to Zadar, Trogir and so on.
From there you can reach everywhere, and with a car it's no problem at all.
